Modern Small Beach House Architecture with Beautiful Zen Garden
Its a truly perfect sample of modern small beach house designs located on a walk street with views of the Pacific Ocean and Malibu coastline, a small residence typically takes less energy to heat and cool, so its more eco-friendly. Built on the 30 x 60 foot envelope this residence is an exercise in careful space planning, the designer must work hard and spend out all their creativity to create a beautiful small house on the limits of height, width and depth, which left little perimeter space to satisfy the client’s desire for a garden.
