Najela from simple Pb Elemental Architecture, Washington is sending photos of the great work they do, and now he comes through another of their new home. Here’s their description:
“1688 SFT project including the living room, one car garage, driveway, and green space in small groups centered on Seattle’s Capitol Hill community urban. The house wrapped in aluminum panels, white and black, accented with Cedar. Wide shop front windows facing the voyeuristic element of the road adding to the house, providing an intimate view of the main bedroom and living room floor. Cedar exposed beams to ceiling and steel-supported tread stairs can be seen also. stairway made of 6 “thick tread Tiger Woods. Clerestory windows located near the ceiling line allow light to continue by moving house. ”
